About Hields Aviation

Hields Aviation was established by Robert Hields in 1989. With 36+ years in helicopter flying, it’s easy to see why they’re the go to organisation for helicopters in Yorkshire.

From their main base at Sherburn airfield, (only 15 miles from Leeds city centre), they provide a range of helicopter services including charter / brokerage, experience flights, aerial filming / photography and pilot training.

At the heart of Hields is a friendly team of instructors with years of experience in the industry. The helicopter school alone has logged over 40,000 flying hours!
